1998 Nissan 240SX Repair Question

What will make my front wheel sound like somethimg is rubbing together?
When I drive down the road something on my left wheel is rubbing together. I have changed the breaks and roller on it.

a bad wheel bearing, rust on the rotor and hitting caliper,maybe a bad cv joint in axle.

poss. a cv joint boot or axle.does it sound like a click
