What could be the problem if the car is showing starter problems but the starter is good?
The car simply makes a clicking sound when i turn the key. I removed the starter had it checked out and it was good apparently. The car had a bad wire so i replaced them all and the distributor cap as well.

the solenoid may be working but the motor may be bad.

Bench test for starter motors are not foolproof. A failing starter would work when some knocks are applied but it would fail intermittently when in vehicle.
