1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse Repair Question

Ccd 98 eclips
I need to know what the ccd is on a 1998 eclips.It starts but want move and tranny has been rebuilt.

When was the rebuilt done? Who did the rebuilding? If engine can be started abut does not move when gears are engaged, it is either a fault with the tiorque converter, transmisison or driveaxles, which could have been dislodged.
