I want to know why do ihear my fuel pump come on sometimes and runs fine, and other times i dont and it wont start, i waite a while than it will start, do i need to replace the fuel pump or fuel filter? we already change the fuel relay fuses. please let me know i dont have the money if its the fuel pump that will just have to waite.or could be electrical.
