When my car is at an idle we hear a clicking sound by the water pump and timing chain you can not hear it inside the car when you are driving I don't want to take it to the shop and pay a lot of money if I don't have to can you please give me an idea

Spray water on your belt and seeif noise goes away if it does you'll need a new belt and tensioner. However it cold be a timing belt/chain probalem as well.

I had the same problem. Turned out to be the A/C clutch. I got a new timing belt(shorter belt) bypass the A/C until I could have it fixed.
