1998 Mercury Mystique Repair Question

Mercury Mystique Abs Problem
When abs brakes engage it blows the 60 amp fuse for blower motor . Replaced fuse once and it blew again when abs engaged. What could be issue? Short in brake system ?

You have to have a short at some point.
