1998 Mercury Marquis Repair Question

Why won't radiator fan come on? car overheating
Bought a 98 marquis drove it home next day started it up after about an hour car began to overheat popped the hood noticed the radiator wasn't coming on. changed sensor, thermostat & radiator and all fuses & relays still nothing.

Power the fan motor direct from the battery and see if it turns on-if so -Could be the computer controlled circuit of the fan relay

did that and the fan works that way...so if it is the computer controlled circuit how would i fix that?

Check the wires back to the computer for shorts/open circuit if okay-think! computer
