My car is leaking from the bottom what does that mean?

My car is leaking from the bottom but I just had my oil cover gaskets fixed but the mechanic said he just fixed the top ones and its leaking from the bottom. I gave my car to the mechanic and when he tried to fix my car he later called me and told me it didnt start. When I finally got it back two days later it cut out on me three days after that. My starter shortly went out days later. I just recently put another one in and now my car doesn't start anymore. I dont know what to do.
