I have this Mazda b2500 that seems to be misfiring constantly and blowing out white smoke from the tail pipe. What solutions do you have to fix this problem?

Are you overheating? If not and the smoke smells like fuel have the fuel system check for leaky injectors and fuel pressure regulator-start here

Yes, it overheated and then it started misfiring and that's when the white smoke poured out.

Can you pinpoint it any further? I have noticed a small drip of water leaking out of the tail pipe.
