My Lincoln makes a rattling and knocking noise when I accelarate

Doesn't do it as soon as I press on the gas have to drive a bit before it starts doing it

Can you tell if it is engine related or body/suspension?

Mhpautos, I have the same noise, but it's coming from suspension, not the engine.
I have a 1995 signature series
