I have a 1998 Lincoln navigator my relay that is in the front bumper went so i replaced it,its been ok for about a year.Now the compressor is running but the rear end is not going up,you hear the rear end go click click like it tries to go up but then it stops.Also i noticed a wire hanging near my running board,seems that a chunk of ice and snow ripped the wires from the passenger running board.I reconnected them but still no lights and these harness join in to a harness near the rear end that seems to go up towards the air lifts, could it be electrical.
