Ok my friend says something about the thing is not sending the fuel to start ther car the location where he says the part is lacted is next to the right back wheel im trying to find out wats its called and if that might not be the prob he says the it sounds weak when we crank it up 2 start the car

Thats where the fuel filter is. Did he do a fuel pressure test? Does it run?

No it doesn't run and we didn't do a pressure test

Start with a pressure test. If nothing, you need to confirm you have power to the pump.

Check the fuel cut off switch in trunk. It maybe tripped. Reset it and see. If no do as ase said.
