My kia wont start, turn over, nothing when key is turned on. I can jump selanoid and it starts. Push start 20mph. Can u help. Lights, horn, wipers. All work fine.

Check the neutral start switch on clutch pedal support.

Can the neutral start switch be bypassed/jumped? Did that and still nothing?

Yoyu would need a test light or DVOM to test if power supply is getting to the starter vai the ignition switch and its circuit.

If I can jump solenoid does that mean its good or bad. I get two dicferent answerz from car friends

That means the starter is good and problem is with the electrical side and could be those as I have suggested.

Thank you car starts. Switch was good. The starter fuse was blown.
