1998 Jeep TJ Repair Question

Jeep TJ Engine Problem
Just got a rebuilt 4 cyl engine put in and ihave a cyl 1 misfire since i got it put in and now my jeep jumps forward and feels like someone hit me in the bumper only code I get is a cyl 1 misfire.
