My Jeep will run fine for ten minutes or so, then shut off. If you let it cool down, it will restart, but shut off agin shortly.

I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, PCM, fuses, checked every ground on the vehicle. Frankly I am stumped.

Now it's time to diagnose it and find the defective part. Have you checked for spark when it quits running? If it's missing, measure the voltage on the feed wire to the ignition coil, any injector, or either small wire on the back of the alternator. You should see 12 volts there for just one second after turning on the ignition switch. What's important is whether or not it comes back during cranking.
