1998 Jaguar XJ6 How do I replace the rear shocks

1998 Jaguar XJ6 mileage: 93,000. How do I replace the rear shocks. I cannot seem to find out where the shock shaft penetrates the floor of the car.

The top of the shocks are hooked to the sub-frame. They do not hook to the body of the car.
