An error has been detected in the system and you need to retrieve the trouble codes to find out what is causing iot.

RETRIEVING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTC)

Electronic Control Unit (ECU) can perform self-diagnostics. If a problem occurs during system start-up, ECU flashes CHECK light and saves a trouble code. If an intermittent fault occurs, ECU stops flashing when fault is no longer present. Trouble code is saved in ECU.

To retrieve trouble codes, ground terminal No. 8 of diagnostic link connector, located under left side of instrument panel. If no trouble codes exist, code 12 is displayed continuously. If any trouble codes exist, code 12 is flashed 3 times, then trouble codes
are displayed, starting from smallest number to largest. Codes are displayed 3 times each.

Let me know what you find.
