the breand new starter on my isuzu trooper does not work

Bench test it w/jumper cables and a battery-Let me know-Possibilities here: Could be the starter motor, starter relay, clutch switch or the transmission range switch and ignition switch

yea i did check the starter motor, clutch swicht and the ignition swicht they all are ok but i dont know how to check the starter relay please could you tell me how can i do that tankyou
