How do I remove a Hyundai Excel 1998 twin CAM alternator?

My alternator has died again I need to know how to remove the alternator to replace it

Hey Mikala,

To remove the alternator you must disconnect the battery before you begin. Loosen belt tension. Remove right side undercover. Disconnect generator connector. Remove generator belt and generator mounting bolt. Remove generator. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification.
