My '98 is leaking pwr steering fluid, it rattles while its idle n gear sitting still, smokes under the hood, and the gas gauge stays on e even though theres gas in it. whats causing these problems and how much will it cost me to get them fi

smoke may be coming from p/s leaking on exaust, fix the leak or get it looked at to see wher eit is coming from. and redo question in question area so we get the whole question
