engine low power already changed spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter

Am replying to the answer sent by KHLow2008, have already changed spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter while plug wires, rotor, Dist cap is fine according to my mechanic but one of the plugs showed little more worn-out than the rest. I also had valve stem seals and head-cover gasket replaced. Am not worried about smoke as could be one of the symptom of loss of engine power. Thanks for earlier reply while eagerly waiting for this.

There are a number of things that can cause low power, so we need to start with the basics before we get too far. Here is a guide that will help with this:

However, if you have smoke from the exhaust then I suspect this is part of the issue, so we need to track this down.

I suspect you have a head gasket issue that is causing low compression.

So, let's start with a compression check and go from there.
