1998 Honda Civic Repair Question

Honda Civic Spark Problem
Replaced the spark plug wire and spark plug correct wiring system and still stall at lower clock , what ca I do , some time running when I had to make stop the car stalling sometime turn off I had to start then go put in idle the motor coming to a normal idling I don't know what to do good helps me

it sounds like the idle control motor. have it checked to verify.
