Rear back passenger brake drum
My back rear brake drum shakes from side to side ,i got a flat on back today it made a very loud sound and when my cousin lifted it on a jack he noticed that the drum shakes what could it be

First be sure the lug nuts are tight. If the entire brake drum is wobbling around, suspect worn wheel bearings. Sometimes they weld themselves to the spindle and have to be cut off. Your best bet for that is to find a used spindle and brake drum in a salvage yard.
