Honda Civic Body Problem
I have had the check engine light on for a little while now and when I had the code scanner read it, the TPS came up. However I have already had the TPS replaced but not the throttle body with it. I just recently found out that it is recommended for my car that both should be replaced at the same time. My car is still having problems with the rev's while I am driving. It's still fluctuating when maintaining a certain speed or rising drastically for a brief moment when shifting gears (auto trans). If i were to take off the throttle body and thoroughly clean it out with brake cleaner and put it back on, will that fix my problem? Or should I go ahead and replace the body altogether?
