Have had a lot of problems with this same topic and have fixed all of them but now I am experiencing something that was fixed and not broken again. If that makes sense.I am getting the acts and sounds of my rack and pinion being broken again but I replaced in July of last year, looked at it and everything seems to be fine with it the boot is in tact atleast etc, when making a sharp turn the wheel starts to act funny like it is independent from the vehicle is the best way I can describe it. HELP

This has to do with my 4 wheel drive in 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport. When in 4 wheel drive it is all over the road and when putback into 2 wheel it clunks and the jeep jumps.
