Rear Brake lights faulty

The rear brake lights have blown.If the globes are replaced, they blow after being used 2 or 3 times. The service lights still operate within the same globe. The Headlights also flicker and the headlight switch becomes very hot.

Have the charging system checked to rule out the alternator
