Could this be electrical???

My commadore,s battery is fully charged and it wont start, no noise whatsoever, wont turn over and no dash lights light up. could this be electrical??

Yes, this definitely is an electrical fault. If the dash lights do not light up, test if the headlights, horn and any other electrical components are working.

If none is working, check the battery trminal connections and the main fusible link.

If some electrical components works, check the fuses and ignition switch.
