Heater
My heater blower works when it wants to . i use the ice scraper to tap on the housing on the passenger side to get it to work when it decides not to turn on. is my plower going out or is it the relay switch? 1998 GMC Yukon SLT

i need to fix this problem befor the tap mode doesn't work and i have to drive to work at 5 am with no heat at 5 degree temps

Check for voltage and ground at the blower motor, when problem is ongoing. If voltage and ground are good, suspect the blower motor.
