1998 GMC Sierra Cylinder 1 misfire

I am getting a cylinder 1 misfire code reading for my 1998 GMC. I have changed the spark plug, spark plug wire and distributor cap. No other cylinder is misfiring. What else should I check to resolve my problem? I have just recently changed th O2 sensors. Could there be other sensors causing cylinder 1 to misfire?

Misfires are h ard to diagnose even for a pro have them do it as it can be any sensor. I had same and mine was maf sensor so scan for codes an dfreeze frame it if you are ok with doing that stuff and know what they mean
