the jimmy has the 4.3. when we first got it (not that long ago) it ran great and the gas mileage was impressive. it started throwing a code that cylinder 4 was misfiring. i changed the cap and rotor and it was fine for about a day. now its throwing a multiple random cylinder misfire. the hesitation is bad until it warms up then its still there just not as bad. im pretty sure the timing on the cap and rotor is right or it wouldnt of been ok for a day right? off timing on the distributor is the only thing that would make since to me, or am i missing something else? please help.
