1998 Ford Windstar Repair Question

My Front turn signals don't work.

About a month ago my right front turn signal stopped working. Now my left front doesn't work. Both bulbs are good. Hazard Flasher-rear only flash at normal speed, but the turn signals flash fast. Could this be a problem in the steering column or do you think it is in the bulb sockets.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you have a multimeter to do so testing?

Go to both front turn signal sockets see if you have 2 ohms or less to ground going to both the black wires going to them.
