Ford Taurus Engine Problem

2nd cylinder not working. has new spark plug and cable,new injector,fuel suply and 150 psi preshure on the cylinder what culd be the problem?

check fule pressure, low pressure causes misfires

What engine does it have? Need 8th digit of the VIN since there are 3 different 3.0 engines.
