My EL Wagon had two blown dash lights (speedo.

Hi my el wagon had two blown dash lights (speedo) I changed them with led ones,
and now I noticed that the odometer is dim (no light) could this have been caused by the new led lights? I read that there is two lights in it and thought it odd that both blew at the same time. Any help is greatly appreciated
