1998 Ford f150 5.9 Engine, The thermostat housing cracked and filled the channels and ports for plugs, I replaced thermostat housing and blew out ports and ran fine ended up having to change plugs and still runs rough and backfires with no codes what else

2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.

3.Lack of compression

4.False air leakage.

5.Faulty fuel injectors.

6.Insufficient fuel pressure.

8.EGR valve that is leaking.

9.Oxygen sensors.

10.Throttle position sensor.
