When I drive it makes a wierd on anf off squeeking noise and I can feel something knoking, tried air

I don't have any idea what you're trying to describe or what "tried air" means, but noises and vibrations must never be ignored on Ford products. They have more trouble with steering and suspension parts separating leading to loss of control and crashes than all other brands combined. Have it inspected at a tire and alignment shop before something breaks.
