Secondary windings for the ignition coil read 18kohms. Does this indicate a faulty ignition coil?

Primary windings: .5 ohms 2ndary windings on the high side- 18,000 ohms- I've look for the specs-non listed -if its me I'll replace it-normally ford coils are at 6K-15K ohms
