Got another problem with my 98 explorer. I had auto zone do a scan and it said it my engine was running lean on bank one. Can injector cleaner cause this problem, cause thats when my check engine came on, after i put that in the tank. I only had a 1/4 tank of gas at the time. Got any ideas?
