1998 ford explorer
Rear view mirrors,horn,and cruise control do not work.tried changing fuses but did not work.

For the horn and cruise control, suspect a broken clock spring under the steering wheel. That is a wound-up ribbon cable in a plastic housing. If it is braking apart, eventually the air bag light will also turn on.
