Went to start my 1998 ford expedition. it turned as to start and then just quit. when i try to start it, everything "inside lights, ac, radio" all comes on but the vehicle does nothing. after i have tried and turn it back off there is a clicking noise coming from the fuse box area and the inside lights blink with the clicking noise. any ideas? no problems til now
