1998 Ford Expedition Repair Question

Hello again..
Today I heard a clicking sound form the drivers side when I turned my wheel to the right, . I have a feeling it is the axle (I pray not). What else could it be if its not.. 98 Expedition 5.4L

you are correct. it is out of grease, most likely and has scored the race.
it needs to be replaced.
