1998 Ford Escourt Horn stuck on

There is a horn relay in teh relay box inside car. That may be stuck or a wire going to the steering wheel rubbed through and shorted out. It cold be athe remote anti theft module in rear of car as well but normally it's a bad relay or wire problem.
