The driver's side seat belt doesn't retract. I can feed the belt in the top portion of the slot and it seems to coil up, but it doesn't when I unbuckle. It takes a bit of force to pull the belt out and buckle it. There doesn't seem to be anything binding. Is this a part I can service, or is it something I can replace? I haven't opened up the trim panel yet to have a look, but I thought I'd check here first.
