Check fuses and bulbs first could be multi function switch or lighting module have it scanned. The flasher is part of the lighting module. See diagram below for location, also attached is the wiring diagram for the exterior lights

The hazard lights and turn signal not blinking. When you use the turn signals the lights will lit up but not blink.(Outside) The interior turn light are not lit when you use turn signal. The fuses are good. What could be the problem, flasher?

Hello

Many times if any bulbs are out the lights will stay steady to let you know one is burnt out. You need to check them all though. Some of them have double filaments in them too. If a bulb is not burnt out then it is probably the lighting module. Check all bulbs first to make sure all are working correctly.

The Turn Signal Flasher output is provided by the Lighting Control Module, which is located behind the LH side of the instrument panel. There are no separate relays for Turn Signal Flasher output aside from the LCM. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.
