Ford Contour Starter Problem
I have a 1998 ford contour that has full power in the battery but power isnt making it inside the car to start the starter or even turn on the radio the ingition bell works but no power goes to the starter. all the fuses are good but i cant find the diagram to see where the starter or ignition relays are located. help!!!!

No power to the ignition switch -check all fusible links, ignition switch, transmission range switch, starter relay and start motor-
