Dodge Stratus Fuse Problem
I'm wondering why I don't get any trouble codes when I run a diagnostic, when it's obvious the car has problems, it's not starting.

Are you using the datalink connector to check codes. Does pin 16 have voltage? Hot all the time, use voltage tester. Pin 16 is fuse protected, fuse 5--10 amp, junction block.
