How was the ASD checked? Do you have a scan tool to activate the ASD? The ASD control circuit sets based on the an open or short at ASD control circuit. The possible causes can be (and not limited to)

Open or shorted relay coil
Open fused ignition output circuit
Open or shorted relay control circuit
Defective PCM

AND THE MOST COMMON:
Poor connection in the PCM wiring harness or damaged wire.

I don't have scan tool to check with. I check for open and short but I also checked to see if I had power coming in to the relay does that help or should I use a scan tool. I have also checked the connections at the PCM even tried to clean them.

Is there power to the relay? Can you check if a local parts store can rent or lend you a scanner?

Yes I have got direct power to the relay and power from the ignition switch. I do have a OBD ll but it is not bring up any codes. Also last night I was checking wires and found that I have three wires going from the PCM to two different connections on my throttle control sensor and my MAP sensor.

Sorry for the blank reply. I hit the wrong button.

Okay, we have power everywhere, but nothing is working as far as fuel and spark. You checked the ASD and it is good. The relay gets and distributes power, but still no spark or fuel. Was the vehicle ever in an accident? Do you have power at the fuel pump as well as to the coil?
