1998 Dodge durango wont start, new starter, battery, doesnt get power to the starter, any solutions?

Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?Also what size engine do you have?

Yes i do, i cant remember what the engine size is, but it is the most powerful one.

When you turn the key to the run position does the dash lights come on?

yes, all the lights, except the right hazard light.

At the ignition switch switch see if the yellow wire has power when turning the key to start position?

If that has power see if the black and white wire coming off the neutral safety switch reads as a ground of 2 ohms or less.
