1998 Dodge Durango Repair Question

I replaced my spindle now the hub is shaking why is that?
When i take tire off the hub is shaking back and forth and when i drive its like there is a scraping noise i'm not sure why

Check the spindle central nut. It is most likely not torqued correctly.

i checked everything there all tight

If the hub is shaky, something must be loose or there is a misfit.
