I changed plugs and wires and I still have a a miss at about 6-800rpm why is that do I need to change the distributor cap fuel filter fuel injectors or what it has 150,061 miles on it, is it the air idle a sensor or something and will it hurt it if I drive it like that?

Check distributor cap, rotor and coil, sounds as if it is an ignition related problem.

If after you replace all that still missfiring check for air leaks. Still the miss check you timing belt if it jumps 1 tooth you will have that miss forever.
