Self triggering of alarm systems are mostly due to misalignrd door of hood switches.

If you have the door ajar indicator intermittently showing, it means a door switch is not closing sufficiently and can trigger the alarm due to wind, vibrations etc causing the door to move slightly.

If no door ajar indicators are showing, check the hood switch adjustment. Look out for missing or damaged switch rubber covers.
